Entry to Green Acres Orchard and Ecolodge is subject to terms and conditions of entry.

Entry to and use of facilities at Green Acres are at the risk of the visitor.

Green Acres is a working farm. Visitors are responsible for their own safety at the farm and supervision of children are required at all times. 

Fruits or food served at the farm are to be consumed at the visitors' own risk within the farm only. Visitors are not to pluck any fruits unsupervised by us, or take away any fruits or food that are not consumed. 

If any visitor is unsure of any reaction or allergy they or accompanying children or senior citizens may have to any particular fruit, Green Acres recommends that it should not be consumed.

The visitor acknowledges that in booking a tour, that consent is given for their contact information or photos be used in promotional or marketing materials, unless otherwise stated.

It is not recommended for visitors to turn up on the day without any online bookings as the farm can only accept a maximum of 30 people per session.

Entry for additional accompanying guests who turn up (without prior booking) with a confirmed booking will be subject to availability. If available and the guest/s can join the tour, payment need to be made by cash only.

Cancellations will result in a loss of 50% of the total amount paid if booked online or through an agent. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can only be attempted by writing to greenacrespenang@gmail.com

In the unlikely event that Green Acres is unable to carry out a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, it will endeavour to deliver the tour at an alternative date, subject to availability but will not be held liable for any other costs. A full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible (Less 10% booking fee, if booked online or through an agent).

I consent to these Terms and Condition in making a booking and purchasing tour admission.
